Arjun is a Washington DC-Based software entrepreneur with a decade of experience in software and technology. Building on his architecture and business background (as well as multiple certifications in AWS, DataBricks, & more), MokshSoft, serves software executives with rapid assessment, repair, and management of technical and people challenges in order to ensure reliable release schedules. Prior to MokshSoft, Arjun led a 20-person team as the CTO at PubHub Tech. Joining as a senior consultant at the most critical time, Arjun immediately assessed and remediated the platform architecture, and for a few products even rewrote entire applications from scratch himself. Additionally, he rebuilt the team’s processes and best practices around Agile methodology while mentoring and training each technical resource in their weakest area. This foundation for software team management enabled the team to meet milestones that had been missed for years - while simultaneously dramatically improving team morale and loyalty.

While excelling in technical skills, Arjun’s life passion is business - he has led a team through the ups and downs of building a blue ocean software product startup and grew an auto parts import/export hobby into a 6 figure business in just months.
